of then existing Boardmembers, the Board may by Resolution recommend that the Commission be dissolved. Said Resolution shall be submitted to each member governmental unit and if ratified by three - fourths of the councils of all eligible members within 60 days, said Board shall dissolve the Commission allowing a reasonable time to complete work in progress and to dispose of personal property owned by the Commission. DISSOLUTION XI. Upon dissolution of the Commission, all property of the Commission shall be sold and the proceeds thereof, together with monies on hand, shall be distributed to the eligible members of the Commission. Such distribution of Commission assets shall be made in proportion to the total contribution to the Commission as required by the last annual budget. EFFECTIVE DATE XII. This agreement shall be in full force and effect upon the filing of a certified copy of the resolution approving said agreement by all four members for the Dower Rum River Watershed area to be governed by this Agreement. Said resolution shall be filed with the City Manager of the City of Anoka, who shall notify all members in writing of its effective date. The effective date of the new amended Joint Powers Agreement shall be when approved by all the Cities and when the Mayor and other authorized City representatives have executed the amended agreement. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned governmental units, by action of their governing bodies, have caused this agreement to be executed in accordance with the authority of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 103B.211 and 471.59.
