Councilmembet, Zimmerman suggested passing this issue onto Council. He felt that this is <br />a point that could take a couple of hours to discuss at a workshop. <br />Mr. Jankowski Stated he would like some thoughts from the Council as to what the scope <br />of the study shatiuld be, etc., and that thought be given to what the program would be like. <br />Councilmembeir Zimmerman inquired about hiring consultants that would include the <br />county and the Mate. <br />Mr. Jankowski �ommented that the State really has to buy into what we want.
