' Councilmember Beyer inquired if it is intended to bring the lines in from the rear of the <br />subdivision. <br />Mr. Jankowski r$plied that it's intended that the water comes in off of County Road #5. <br />' Mr. Schroeder stated that when the issue of Fox Knoll came u in January, we suggested <br />P az'Y� gg <br />then that water 1' es were being constructed We looked at alternatives - different location <br />through the schdpl property - run it north of Haubrich or run it down 151st Lane. It was <br />proposed that 1 1st Lane be used and further that we use the north boulevard to save <br />pavement. The intent would be to go around the trees. Short of this petition, it would be <br />the proposal to develop this water line as a trunk line; no access or assessment of water <br />line. Because ot this petition, should this go forward and Council decide to do the public <br />improvement, that would change configuration of the project. In order to do Fox Knoll, <br />' it's not intended teat that occur. <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Hardin to adopt Resolution <br />#95 -04 -083 receiving petition and calling for a feasibility study on Improvement Project <br />' #95 -14 (Municipal sanitary sewer and water extension to Haubrich Addition). <br />Motion carried. ' Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson and Beahen. <br />' Voting No: Coudcilmembers Beyer and Zimmerman. <br />MAYOR ANDS COUNCIL INPUT <br />' 1) Survey proposed by Anoka High School Students <br />City Administra f T e r Schroeder reported that Staff met with some students of Anoka High <br />School who are sidents of Ramsey. They are interested in doing a citizen survey. He <br />' informed Council that they would be receiving information on what the draft survey will <br />be. Council cominents are welcomed. <br />' 2) Becky Weiss Bike Road -eo <br />Councilmember Meyer reminded the Councilmembers that their fair share to purchase a bike <br />' to be given away at the Road -eo is $28. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />' Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />' Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman.!
