1 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />June 27, 1995 <br />On May 9, 1995, Council authorized entering into the Northwestern Anoka County <br />Community Consortium (NWACCC) Joint Powers Agreement. The focus of this group is <br />to increase the ability of youth and others to succeed in society. <br />Mayor Hardin aid Councilmember Beahen have been active participants in the NWACCC; <br />' therefore, upon #equest by the Committee for Board members, I informed them that, until <br />further notice, thy could use Mayor Hardin and Councilmember Beahen. <br />Council must oficially appoint representatives to this group. Staff is suggesting that due to <br />their involvemedt, Council may wish to appoint Mayor Hardin and Councilmember Beahen <br />as Boardmemb* for the NWACCC. <br />' If anyone has any other suggestions, this item could be pulled from the Consent Agenda <br />and discussed as a case. <br />' rmt <br />
