Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #95-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO NORTHFORK OAKS <br />2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc. hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied <br />for finai plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwest comer of Lot 4, Block 1, NORTHFORK OAKS <br />ADDITION; thence along the northerly line of said Lot 4 and its easterly extension <br />thereof South 89 degrees 46 minutes 27 seconds East 462.00 feet; thence South 0 <br />degrees 13 minutes 33 seconds West 88.32 feet to the northwesterly comer of Lot <br />1, Block 1, said NORTHFORK OAKS ADDITION; thence along the northerly <br />line of said Block 1, South 79 degrees 48 minutes 49 seconds East 698.91 feet to <br />the east line of NORTHFORK; thence along said east line North 0 degrees 04 <br />minutes 12 seconds West 700.00 feet; thence north 78 degrees 34 minutes 07 <br />seconds West 509.58 feet; thence 108.02 feet along the arc of a non-tangential <br />curve concave westerly, having a radius of 287.00 feet, a central angle of 21 <br />degrees 33 minutes, 53 seconds and a chord which bears South 22 degrees 12 <br />minutes 50 seconds West 107.38 feet; thence North 57 degrees 00 minutes 14 <br />seconds West 400.00 feet; thence North 10 degrees 12 minutes 37 seconds West <br />60.00 feet; thence South 72 degrees 46 minutes 42 seconds West I28.99 feet; <br />thence South 63 degrees 07 minutes 08 seconds West I23.49 feet; thence South 41 <br />degrees 44 minutes 54 seconds West 28.55 feet; thence South 28 degrees 15 <br />minutes 09 seconds West 220.00 feet to the northeasterly line of PARK <br />NORTHFORK TRAIL ADDITION; thence along said northeasterly line South 58 <br />degrees 19 minutes 45 seconds East 190.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 13 <br />minutes 33 seconds West 281.24 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received application for Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition on <br />DeCember 21, I994; and <br /> : WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 3, 1995, <br />and recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ park dedication requirements are specified in the Northfork PUD Park <br />D~dication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended May 9, 1989 which establishes no <br />park dedication due on Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition; and <br /> : <br /> <br /> :~ WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on January 24, 1995, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received plans for final plat approval of Northfork Oaks 2nd <br />Addition on June 30, 1995. <br /> <br />NOw THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />oF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the following <br /> <br /> <br />
