AND 11, BLOCK 1, NORTHFORK HIGHLANDS ADDITION. <br /> ,. <br /> By-.'. James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The DevelopersPf Northfork Highlands Addition have requested the vacation of a portiOn of the <br />drainage and utility easement that covers the eastern portioh of lots 10 and 11. The City Engineer <br />has reviewed th{proposed vacation and indicted that there is sufficient area remaining for drainage <br />requirements. Egclosed for your review is the following information: <br /> <br />1) Proposed ordinance vacating drainage and utility easements. <br /> <br />City Council in~oduced this proposed ordinance at their June 27, 1995 meeting. If this proposed <br />ordinance is adopted, the City will record the vacation so that deeds for the affected properties will <br />reflect the vacation. The City will also provide a certified copy of the ordinance to the property <br />owners who are itffected by the vacation. <br /> <br />Such proposed ordinance is before you for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The City Staff r~ommends vacation of the drainage and utility easements described as follows: <br /> <br /> All that ~,part of Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, NORTHFORK HIGHLANDS ADDITION, <br /> according to the plat on record in the Anoka County Courthouse, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota, which lies northerly, easterly and southerly of the following described line: <br /> <br /> Beginniqg at the northwesterly comer of said Lot 10; thence South 25 degrees 41 minutes <br /> 15 seconds East (beatings assumed and referenced to said plat) 84.50 feet; thence South 78 <br /> degrees ~42 minutes 22 seconds East 96.31 feet; thence South 1 degree 38 minutes 14 <br /> seconds ,West 231.08 feet; thence South 15 degrees 18 minutes 44 seconds East 25.99 feet <br /> to the solatherly line of said Lot 11, distant 35.44 feet northeasterly of the most southerly <br /> corner tl~ereof and there term~naung. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopti Ordinance g95- authorizing vacation of the drainage and utility easements <br />dedicated along the eastern portion of Lot I0 and Lot 11 Block 1 of Northfork Highlands Addition. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer ~ <br />Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />CC: 07/11/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
