I ! I ! i I I I I I I I I I '1 I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-07- RESOLUTION! APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO W.B. MILLER, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g95-11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on March 28, 1995; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to W.B. Millei', Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g95-11; and WHEREAS, the value of the work performed has been certified by the Project Engineer to be $95,750.50;!and WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $95,750.50. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, IANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the. ~City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g95-11 in the amount of $95,750.50. 2) 3) That the CSty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for tliis partial payment. That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment o~' bills for the month of June 1995. 4) That the C3ty of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
