Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~DRDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICIATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-18 (EXTENSION <br />AND CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN TO <br />RIVER/47 PLAZA ADDITION). <br /> WHERE~S, a resolution of the City Council, adopted May 23, 1995, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the Construction of Sanitary Sewer and <br />Watermain to Rivet/47 Plaza Addition (Project g95-18); and <br /> <br /> WHERE/~S, the City has received a petition from 100 percent of the affected property <br />owners; and <br /> <br /> WHERE~S, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hea!'i~'ng was held on July 11, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to do so. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Thai such i~provement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted <br />June 13, 1995. <br /> <br />2) That Stevey~ J. Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement.
