On parcels of land less than two acres in size, all motorized <br />vehicles in excess of 9,000 pounds and recreational equipment in <br />excess of 24 feet in length shall be stored inside a building. On <br />parcels of iland 2 acres or larger in size, all vehicles in excess of <br />9,000 pounds and recreational equipment in excess of 24 feet in <br />length shall be stored inside a building or in the rear or side yards <br />provided it is fully screened from the public right of way and <br />adjoining properties. Each parcel is entitled to store one <br />commercial vehicle on the premises in accordance with the <br />restrictions described above provided the vehicle is owned and <br />operated by the property owner and is not allowed to idle for more <br />than 30 minutes in any 12 hour period. On any parcel of land, all <br />accessory equipment and trailers related to a commercial use must <br />be stored inside and shall not exceed a reasonable amount of <br />equipment', for a self employed contractor with no employees. <br /> <br /> <br />
