I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />ELECTION ON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-07- <br /> <br />APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE SPECIAL <br />kUGUST 15, 1995 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey will be conducting a Special Election (Proposed <br />Charter Amendmen0 on Tuesday, August 15, 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 204B.21, election judges for <br />precincts in a municipality must be appointed by the governing body of that municipality; and <br /> WItEREA~, the hourly rate of pay will be $6.00 for regular election judges and $6.50 <br />for chairs. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the following individuals be appointed to serve as election judges for the Special <br />Election to be held on August 15, 1995: <br /> <br />Precinct lA - Ramsey Municipal Center (Lower Level) due to unavailability <br />of the Ram~sey Elementary School: <br /> <br />1.
