Councilmember r in~oduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION //95-07- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT # 95-19 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATERITO THE DEAL INDUSTRIAL PARK) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 23, 1995, a report h~s been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement PrOject #95-19 (extension of sanitary sewer and water to the Deal Industrial Park); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on July 25, 1995 which indicates Ge following: NOW CITY Estimated total cost of project Estimatex! total assessment per unit (individuld property cost) Estimated annual assessment per unit 5-year terin $213,497.25 $178,925.46 $48,411.74 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in[accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $213,497.25. That a pt~blic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of August, 1~995, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the t2. ity Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such heating and improvenh, ent as required by law.
