I I I I I I I I Councilmember RESOLUTION ON IMPROVE' AND WATER introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-07- RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING VIENT PROJECT # 95-19 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER ['O THE DEAL INDUSTRIAL PARK) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 23, 1995, a report ha~ been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project g95-19 (extension of sanitary sewer and water to the Deal Industrial Park); and WHEREJAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on July 25, 1995 which indicates the following: Estimated ~total cost of project Estimated Itotal assessment per unit (individual property cost) Estimated[annual assessment per unit year term $ $ $ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAI~ISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in $ccordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of~ the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsay City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $ That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of August, 1~95, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
