I I I I I I I I I I I ORDINANCE NO. 95-__ CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION I. AUTHORITY. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Sectiofi 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. ~ VACATION The following desci'ibed dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: That portio~ of a drainage and utility easement lying five feet on both sides of the common lot line between Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Block 2 of River's Bluff subdivision, the center line of said easement being described as follows: Commencing at the southeasterly comer of Lot 4 Block 2 of River's Bluff 2nd Addition; hence Nortfi 57 degrees 41 minutes 46 seconds West along the common property line with Lot 5 Blocl{ 2 of said subdivision west to the point of beginning; then North 57 degrees 41 minutes 46 seconds west to a distance of 370 feet + and thence terminating.
