They have <br />been notified of thi~ public hearing and have also received a copy of the feasibility study prior to <br />the meeting. ~ <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />City Council direc .~.xt the City Engineer to prepare, or have prepared, a feasibility study for the <br />extension and const~ction of Sanitary Sewer, Watermain and Storm Sewer to Haubrich Addition. <br />The requested report has been prepared and is attached for your review. In addition, the following <br />items have been included: <br /> <br /> 1) Public hearing notice <br /> 2) Fea~bility Study <br /> <br />Because the City h~s not received a petition representing 100 percent of the benefitted property <br />owners, it must waist 60 days until it adopts a resolution ordering the project. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />No action required at this time until the expiration of the 60 day waiting period. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />No action required at this time <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC:07/25/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
