A <br />certified coPY of the City's ordinance, vacating the subject <br />property, when and if said ordinance becomes effective, shall be <br />made availabl% to the Developer for recording. ~he Developer <br />shall cause ~o be obtained a quit claim deed from ~homas W. <br />Anderson and iPaula E. Anderson, husband and wife, the dedicators <br />of said park iand also the owners of 100% of the abutting property <br />on said park,i conveying all their right, title interest and <br />equity in and to said park, in fee, to the City. In addition, <br />pursuant to paragraph 3, Developer shall provide proof of escrow <br />of the sum of $5100.00, representing a purchase price as noted <br />in paragraph 3e below for the ultimate disposition of said park. <br /> <br /> c.
