ADDENDUM TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> The City of Ramsey and Rum River Meadows Associates, a <br /> <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota <br />p~rtnership <br /> organized <br /> <br />a~d referred to as Developer, in addition to the covenants and <br />conditions set forth in that certain Development Agreement dated <br />D~cember 31, 1984, also agree as follows: <br /> i ~.
