Phase 2 - Commercial and Residential Development. <br /> <br />1. Commercial Development. This means, in effect, that at <br />such time as an appropriate usage is found for this <br />area, development will take place. This could occur <br />immediately, or might be many years away. Any <br />development which would occur would be done within the <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />framework of the City Code, recognizing the needs for <br />on-site sewage disposal system and the like. <br />Residential Development. Development for the 3 <br />one-acre residential sites within the golf course <br />itself would occur upon completion of the golf course. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The roadways would likely be graded at the time of <br /> <br />construction of the golf course, and actual construc- <br /> <br />tion of the roadways will begin as soon as practical. <br />Phase 3 -Clubhouse Expansion. <br /> <br /> No specific timetable can be given for the clubhouse <br />expansion portion of the Planned Unit Development, and, in fact, <br /> <br />no guarantee can be made that any such expansion will ever take <br />place. However in the event that the area proves conducive to <br />expansion, it is the hope of the developers to eventually incor- <br />porate a restaurant and lounge facility with full dining and <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
