I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />June 12, 1995 <br /> <br />Bill Goodrich, City Attorney of Ramsey <br />2140 Fourth Avenue North <br />Anoka, M%nnesota 55303 <br /> <br />This letter is in regards to the proposed site plan at Rum <br />River Hi[ll's Golf Course. <br /> <br />After reviewing the Planned Unit Development Agreement and <br />Planned iUnit Development Final Plan, we have determined that <br />there i~ a need for a rezoning application to the zoning <br />officer !along with a resubmission of a preliminary site plan. <br /> <br />This coqrse of action is clearly pointed out as the <br /> only <br /> course <br />of action that can be taken in this situation under City Code <br />170.016k under major changes. <br /> <br />It should be noted that in the Development Agreement, all <br />partiesiacknowledge that the Planned Unit Development will <br />be developed pursuant to City Code and specifically to the <br />PlannedlUnit Development of said code. This information can <br />be found on the first page of the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />At .this time we are requesting a detailed verbal explanation <br />by the ~ity to be given at the beginning of the public <br />hearing[scheduled for June 21, 1995, as to why this course <br />of action has not been taken.
