June 6, 1995 <br /> <br /> : <br /> <br />D~ Planning and Zoning Committee: <br /> <br />I am w~ting on behalf of Sue and Jerry Schmidt and other neighbors concerning the planning <br />and zoning of the of the maintenance building by the Rum River Hills Golf Course. <br /> <br />I Would like to express my concerns for The Schmidts and other neighbors it effects in and <br />around the area. I have been over to the Schmidts numerous times and have enjoyed the view <br />from their house overloo~ng the golf Course, and I know how much they enjoy their yard and <br />view of the golf course.
