PROPOSED RESOLUTION g95-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION <br /> PERMIT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WItEREA~S, Diane Dempsey has properly applied for a Home Occupation Permit to <br />conduct doll-making classes within the private dwelling on the property generally known as 14794 <br />Krypton CoUrt N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 5, Bloak 3, WOOD POND IqlI.LS 3RD ADDITION; Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (Subject Pr0rperty); and <br /> WHERE~S, the Planning Commission met on July 5, 1995, conducted the public <br />hearing and recornr~,~ ended City Council approval of the request. <br /> NOW THi~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a home occupation permit is hereby granted to Diane <br />Dempsey, hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at 14794 Krypton Court N.W. to <br />conduct do~-making classes. <br /> <br />Should the permit Holder die or move to a new location, the permit shall be automatically <br />terminated,!except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same ad3:lress, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect shall <br />be given to [the City Adminisu'ator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the <br />permit withbut further hearing. <br /> <br />The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty pement (20%) of the total <br />floor area oF the private dwelling. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the <br />Permit Holder. <br />Adequate off-street parking shall be prodded by the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />There shall ibe no exterior or interior display of business signs. <br /> <br />There shall ibe no exterior indications of the home occupation displaye& <br /> <br />There shall ibe no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br /> <br />Employeeslof the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the private <br />dwelling ori the Subject Property. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />MerchandiSe not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the ~esidence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br /> <br /> <br />
