We secured a mortgage <br />for the improvements to Amber Ridge from Northeast State Bank at <br />market rate interest. This is no different than any mortgage we <br />have secured in different communities throughout the metro area <br />over the last 20 years. I fail to see how anyone but the owners <br />of Northeast State Bank receive any direct benefit from these <br />transactions. I consider any implications to the contrary a <br />~irect insult to my integrity.
