Municipalities that selected the respective options will be Members of the <br /> Committees. <br /> <br />Committee Activity <br /> <br />Senior Development Committee <br /> <br /> · Determine each Municipalities Senior Development needs <br /> <br /> · Determine participating municipalities and number of units <br /> <br /> · Select an architect, sites, designs, prepare a project program, evaluate <br /> financing options, determine how to maximize tax levy, etc. <br /> <br /> · Advertise and Award Bids, Construction <br /> <br />Housing Rehabilitation Committee <br /> <br />Determine methods to leverage tax levy funds (MHFA, Federal Home <br />Loan Bank, Met Council, etc. <br /> <br />Determine allocation of Funds (by municipality, by rent and single family <br />owner occupied) <br /> <br />Determine guidelines for administrating funds, select ad and who will <br />administer the Housing Rehabilitation Programs. <br /> <br /> <br />
