Subject property to a P.U.D. zone, Developer shall simultaneously <br />~ecord a notice acceptable to the City Attorney, which notice <br />ihall <br /> put the public on notice that no conveyance of any of <br />~ property in plat shall be permitted unless and until the <br />City's aforedescribed P.U.D. zoning ordinance becomes effective. <br /> 5. ~es_tricti.v_e. Co~erlants Contemporaneously with and <br />immediately following the recording of the plat, and other <br />idocuments of conveyance as contemplated by this instrument, <br />Developer shall execute and caus.e to be recorded protective <br /> covenants in a form and manner identical to Exhibit "B" hereto <br /> attached. <br /> <br /> 6. Retention_of. Private._Draillfield Easements <br /> Notwithstanding any of the language in this agreement to the <br /> contrary, Developer shall, in any conveyance of Outlots A, B, and <br /> D, retain, for the benefit of Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, Block 4, <br /> Block 5, and Block 6, the right to construct and maintain private <br /> drainfields or drainfield extensions serving private sewer <br /> systems which may be located in any of the lots contained in said <br /> blocks.
