q~ <br /> <br />ADDENDUM TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey and Rum River Meadows Associates, a <br /> <br />partnership organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota <br />and referred to as Developer, in addition to the covenants and <br />conditions set forth in that certain Development Agreement dated <br />DeCember 31, 1984, also agree as follows: <br /> <br /> i ~. That no building permits shall be issued to Developer until <br />the construction by the Developer required in paragraph 2.a. of <br />the Development Agreement has been satisfactorily completed in <br />accordance with the standards of the City of Ramsey, the City Code, <br />and received the recommendation of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Addendum <br /> <br />to Development Agreement this . ,.~9~ day of December, ~984.
