No structure shall be erected, placed, or altered on any lot until the construction plans and the specifications, 'including a site plan showing the location of the structures (to be located to allow for future subdivision of the lots), have been approved by the Architectural Control Committee as to the quality of workmanship and the nk~terials, harmony of external design and w~th existing structures, and as to location with respect to topography and finish grade elevation. ~he term "structure" shall include fences and walls. ~e Architectural Control Committee shall initially be composed of: ~homas W. In the event the Cor~mittee fails to approve or disapprove within thirty (30) days after plans and specifications have been subr~itted to it, or within thirty (30) days after application in writing is otherwise made to ir, or in any event, if no suit to enjoin the construction has been commenced prior to the completion thereof, approval will not be required, and related covenants shall be deer~ed not to have been violated. 7. Enforcament shall be by proceedings at law or in equity to restrain a violation or to recover damages against any person or persons violating or attampting to violate any' covenant or restriction. Invalidation of any one of these covenants and restrictions by judgment or Court Order shall in no way affect any of the other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect. 8.
