DEVELOPERS <br /> <br /> The development is controlled by Rum River Hills, a Joint <br />Venture consisting of Wesley and Della Bulen, Thomas and Pauta <br />Anderson, and Berglund &Dorn, a partnership. This Joint Venture <br />has contractually agreed to participate in the implementation of <br />the Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br /> A. pperation and Manaqement.
