June 6, 1995 <br /> <br />Dear Planning and Zoning Committee: <br /> <br />I am wl:iting on behalf of Sue and Jerry Schmidt and other neighbors concerning the planning <br />and: zoning of the of the maintenance building by the Rum River Hills Golf Course. <br /> <br />I WOuld like to express my concerns for The Schmidts and other neighbors it effects in and <br />aroUnd the area. I have been over to the Schmidts numerous times and have enjoyed the view <br />from their house overlooking the golf course, and I know how much they enjoy their yard and <br />view of the golf course.
