CoUncilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-08-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-20 (THE EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER <br />AND WATER TO THE PROPOSED ANOKA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE <br />FACILITY AND ENERGY PARK ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #94-09-214 <br />specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br />authorized the preparation of plans and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the extension of sanitary sewer <br />and water to the proposed Anoka Electric Cooperative Facility and Energy Park Addition, bids <br />were received, opened and tabulated according to law on July 21, 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the following quotes were received <br /> Bidder Amount of Bid <br /> <br />Arcon Construction Companies, Inc. <br />Northdale Construction <br />Kenko, Inc. <br />LaTour Construction <br />S.M.
