I am hoping to be allowed to gain additional revenues (noted above) by then marketing the <br />building as leasable commercial space. Alternatives for nonprofit use of the facility also <br />exist. <br /> <br />While there are other alternative uses and sites for the Town Hall, the above seems <br />reasonable. It is the oldest one-room brick school in Anoka County (I am told) and is on <br />its original site.
