The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This ordinance ~s adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ranlsey, Section 12.5. SECTION 2. PROPERTY TO BE SOLD The following described public property is hereby to be sold: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Government Lot 3, Section ~25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying westerly of the centerline of State Highway No. 47 as now laid out and traveled described as follows:i Commencing at the Southwest comer of said Government Lot 3; thence west on~ the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distancei of 5 rods (82.5 feet); thence north at fight angles to said South line a distancelof 12 rods (198 feet) to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be hereb..y described; thence continuing north on last course a distance of 93.43 feet; thence east and parallel with the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwe~;t Quarter a distance of 201.88 feet to its intersection with the centerline of State Highway No. 47; thence southeasterly along the centerline of State Highway No. 47 a~.distance of 100 feet to its intersection with a line drawn parallel with l~he South lir~e of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter from the actual point of begin,hing; thence west along said parallel line a distance of 237.54 feet to the actual point of beginning. Subject t9 an easement for highway purposes over the Easterly 33 feet thereof as measured at fight angles to the centerline of State Highway No. 47.
