West for a distance of 354.25 feet and <br />there terminating. <br /> <br />For the purposes of this description the North line of <br />said Northeast Quarter of Section 26 is assumed to <br />bear South 88 degrees 43 minutes 43 seconds West. <br /> <br />NOW TH~REFOREt BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the city Administrator is hereby directed to acquire the <br />real property as described above in accordance with Minnesota <br />statutes. The City Administrator is authorized to negotiate <br />and reDresent the city of Ramsey in all proceedings. <br /> <br />That if the real property as described above cannot be <br />acquired by direct negotiation, it shall be acquired by <br />eminent domain. <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes acquisition of the <br />said real property by eminent domain and to take title and <br />possession of that land prior to filing of an award by the <br />Court Appointed Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />§117.0il and §117.042. <br /> <br />That the City Attorney is authorized to file the necessary <br />petition therefore, and to prosecute such action to a <br />successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or <br />terminated by the city or Court. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is authorized to expend necessary <br />funds for appraisals of above described real property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by~ and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
