We, therefore, recommend that the project be <br />awarded to Bonine Excavating Inc. in the amount of $188,678.55. The award of <br />Schedule "E" - Xkimc) Street must be a contingent on Mn/DOT approval since Xkimo <br />Street is a municipal state aid street. <br /> <br />We have reviewed the bids with the Developer, Riverside Development Corporation, <br />and they concur with the bid award to the Iow bidder.
