An <br />updated list will be l~resented at the meeting. <br />The direction given at the June ~.~.,11995 meeting, was to have the City Attorney provide some <br />guidance on the Cit!~'s responsibility for correcting drainage issues. I believe this task could best <br />be accomplished byiformulating a policy with regard to addressing this issue. This would provide <br />the City Attorney w, ith an opportunity to research and respond to specific items. I have drafted a <br />Policy for Respons~e to Storm Water Flooding. I believe this policy will require consideration <br />discussion prior to adoption.
