Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-08- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT # 95-19 (EXTENSION OE SANITARY SEWER AND WATER TO THE DEAL INDUSTRIAL PARK). WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted July 25, 1995, fixed a date for a CoUncil hearing on the proposed improvement of the Construction of Sanitary Sewer and Watermain to the Deal Industrial Park (Improvement Project ~t95-19); and i WHEREAS, the City has received a petition from 100 percent of the affected property owners; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on August 8, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 1) 2) 3) RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted July 25, 1995. That City Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. That the project shall be done in conjunction with the water and sewer extension to the Anoka Electric Cooperative (Improvement Project ~h[94-20). motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: the following voted against the same: the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 8th day of August, 1995. ~ Mayor ATTEST: I I I I I I I I, I I I Ci~ Administrator
