DEVEI/DPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> Develo~ent Agreement by and between the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota (City), and Rum River Meadows Associates, a partnership <br />organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota (Developer). <br /> <br /> WI~/flESS E~I4: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer is the owner of certain real property <br />situated in Anoka County, Minnesota, located in the City of <br /> <br />Ramsey, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer is also the agent for all of the owners <br />of certain real property which are proposed to be included in the <br />Plat of Rum River Hills, in the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer desires to effect the recording of said <br />Plat with the Anoka County Recorder, upon the execution and <br />~pproval thereof by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, <br /> <br />4innesota. <br /> <br /> NC~ ~HEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual convenants and <br /> <br />promises herein contained, it is agreed as follows: <br /> <br />1.
