DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Ilo <br /> <br /> DeveloDment Agreement by and between the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota (City), and Rum River Meadows Associates, a partnership <br />organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota (Developer). <br /> <br /> WITNESS E~I~: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer is the o~ner of certain real property <br />situated in Anoka County, Minnesota, located in the City of <br /> <br />Ramsey, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer is also the agent for all of the o~ners <br />of certain real property which are propesed to bo included in the <br />plat of ~m River Hills, in the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer desires to effect the recording of said <br />plat with the Anoka County Recorder, upon the execution and <br />approval thereof by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, <br /> <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> NOW ~IqEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual convenants and <br /> <br />promises herein contained, it is agreed as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Tne__~ro~ct ~he parties acknowledge that the plat of <br />Rum River Hills is a part of an overall planned unit development <br />submitted pursuant to the City Code of the City of Ramsey, and <br />specifically submitted pursuant to the planned unit development <br />of said Code, and is the subject of a previous written planned <br />unit development plan on file and of record with the City of <br />Ramsey, for which concept approval has been previously given by <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
