This information can <br />be found on the first page of the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />At .this time we are requesting a detailed verbal explanation <br />by the city to be given at the beginning of the public <br />hearing scheduled for June 21, 1995, as to why this course <br />of action has not been taken.
