I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />inu'oduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN FOR THE RUM RIVER HILLS DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO ALLOW FOR <br />THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE BUILDING ON <br />THE SITE : <br /> <br /> WHERE[AS, on December 11, 1984, by Resolution #84-240,' the City Council approved <br />the final developinent plan of the Rum River Hills PUD which provided that them would likely be <br />an out-building m which to store power carts; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 16, 1995, Rum River Hill's, Inc., applied for site plan approval to <br />construct a golf .dom'se maintenance building on Outlot G of Rum River Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHER.~AS, on June 6, 1995, the site plan was presented to the Planning Commission <br />and action on thee site plan was tabled and a public hearing was scheduled for June 21, 1995 to <br />consider amendi~ g the PUD Development Plan to specifically allow for the establishment of a <br />maintenance buil~:ling on Outlot G; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 21, 1995, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommend~ City Council adoption of findings of fact relating to the proposed amendment to <br />the Development~Plan. <br /> <br />NOW THERE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That Council approves an amendment to the Rum River Hills PUD Development Plan, <br /> based oni.Findings of Fact # , to allow for the establishment and operation of a golf <br /> course rmuntenance building on Outlot G, Rum River Hills. <br /> <br />-OR- <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That Cotmcil denies an amendment to the Rum River Hills PUD Development Plan, based <br />on Findir~gs of Fact # , to allow for the establishment and operation of a golf course <br />maintenahce building on Outlot G, Rum River Hills. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ahd upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> day of ,1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
