Reporting requirement. The appropriate agency shall provide a written <br /> record of each forfeiture incident to the. state auditor· The record shall include the <br /> amount forfeited, date, and a brief description of the circumstances involved. The rec- <br /> ord shall also list the number of firearms forfeited and the make, model, and serial num- <br /> ber of each firearm forfeited. Reports shall be made on a monthly basis in a manner <br /> 13kescribed by the state auditor. The state auditor shall report .agn. ually to the legislature <br /> ~n~ the nature and extent of forfeitures. <br /> tcfi..'e. Subd. 7. Firearms.
