I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ~RESOLUTION #95-08- RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION TO CHESTNUT RIDGE 2ND ADDITION PRELIMINARY PLAT WHEREAS, on August 22, 1994, Good Value Homes was granted preliminary plat approval of Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition; and WHERI~,AS, Section 9.50.04 (Final Plat) of the Ramsey City Code states that the subdivider has one year from the date of preliminary plat approval to file for final plat approval; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received, a written request from Good Value Homes dated August 7, }995, requesting an extension to the preliminary plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY,~[ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a six month extension to February 22, 1996, for Good Nalue Homes to file for final plat approval of Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition based on the approved preliminary plat. The motion for t~e adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of August, 1995.
