Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Boardmembers Hendriksen, Bawden, <br />Terry and Thoi'ud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Holland and LaDue. <br /> <br />Motion by Boardmember Bawden and seconded by Boardmember Hendriksen to adopt <br />Resolution #95-06-124 adopting Findings of Fact #0377 relating to the Jeffrey and Teri <br />Wise request for a variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Boardmembers Bawden, Hendriksen, <br />Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Boardmembers Holland and LaDue. <br /> <br />The Board proceeded to review the variance. <br /> <br />Motion by Boardmember Bawden and seconded by Boardmember Thorud to modify #2 of <br />the variance to read "The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be <br />located any clOser than one hundred (I00) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Boardmembers Bawden, Thorud, <br />Hendriksen and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Boardmembers Holland and LaDue. <br /> <br />Motion by Boardmember Thorud and seconded by Boardmember Bawden to add an item to <br />the variance thiat reads "Accept Exhibit A as survey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Boardmembers Thorud, Bawden, <br />Hendriksen and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Boardmembers Holland and LaDue. <br /> <br />Motion by Boardmember Bawden and seconded by Boardmember Terry to adopt <br />Resolution #95-06-125 approving Jeffrey and Teri Wise's request for a variance to <br />construct an ad-cessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on <br />the property l~nown as 7901 - 165th Avenue N.W. and declaring terms of variance, as <br />modified..~ <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Boardmembers Bawden, Terry, <br />Hendriksen and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Boardmembers Holland and LaDu~. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Boiardmember Hendriksen and seconded by Boardmember Bawden to adjourn <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carriec!.
