I I I I I '1 I I I i I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-08- RESOLUTIOlh GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO CITY OF RAMSEY EASEMENT PLAT NO. 1 WHEREAS, on February 14, 1995, the Ramsey City Council ordered a feasibility study to determine the Cost and feasibility for improving the drainage in Section 22 with in the Rum River Drainage Districl~ under Minnesota State Statutes Chapter 444; and WHERRAS, the feasibility study for City Project #95-12, prepared by the City Engineer, identified several elements necessary to improve the drainage in Section 22 which would require acquisitic~j~ of drainage easements; and WHERgi-AS, on March 14, 1995, the Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing and ordered Proj{ct g95-12 which included the platting of the necessary drainage easements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY,~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the ~Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to City of Ramsey Easement Plat No. 1 2) That the Mayor and the City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute the plat on bdhaif of the City of Ramsey and the execution of said plat by the Mayor and City Administrator is hereby ratified and confirmed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember aOd upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said r~esolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the R~msey City Council this the 12th day of Sieptember, 1995.
