NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will meet in the <br />Council Chambers at the Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., in Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, at 7:00 p.m. on September 12, 1995, to conduct a public hearing on the modification <br />of Development District No. 1 and establishment of Tax Increment Financing CTIF") District No. <br />6,: and adoption of a Development Program and ~ plan for the respective districts. <br /> <br /> The proposed TIF District No. 6 is shown in the map below. The purpose of this <br />proposed action is to facilitate development of a manufacturing facility in the City. Details on the <br />proposal are contained in the Development Program and TIF Plan, a draft copy of which will be <br />available for public inspection at the Ramsey City Hall during regular business hours. <br /> <br /> Any person wishing to express an opinion on the matters to be considered at the public <br />hearing will be heard orally or in writing. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the City Council, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
