I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-09- RESOLUTIOI~ APPROVING THE PROPOSED MAXIMUM 1995, PAYABLE 1996, TAX LEVY AND SCHEDULE BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING DATES NOW THERE~i'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the ifollowing proposed maximum levies for certified 1995, payable 1996, be levied upon the!taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERJAL LEVy Fund 10I': General Fund - General Operations Fiscal Disparity Transfer- as certified $ 326,723 HACA - as certified 505,839 Collated as Property Tax 1,387,908 ~ $ 2,220,470 DEBT SERVICE LEVY Special ~ssessment Obligations (collected as property tax): $ Fundi317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service Fund1321: 1992B G.O.
