Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: PROPOSED RESOLUTION g95-09- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY DWELLING MOVING PERMIT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHERI~AS, George Grabrick and American Family Insurance have properly applied for a Dwelling Movi~hg Permit for the temporary placement of a mobile home on the property generally known as 7731 l~2nd Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 2, Bl~Ck 1, Golden Eagle Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on September 11, 1995, to review the application and r~commended City Council approval of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I. A Dwell~g Moving Permit, hereinafter referred to as "Permit", is hereby granted to George Grabrick ~nd American Family Insurance, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", for the temporar~ placement of a mobile home, hereinafter referred to as "Temporary Structure", on the Sgbject Property. 2. That the P:ermittee shall provide the City with proof of ownership of the Subject Property. 3. That this Permit shall expire on April 30, 1996. 4. That the l~lacement of the Temporary Structure shall comply with all applicable codes and prior to ta~.'ng occupancy, the Permittee shall arrange for a City inspection of the sewer and water semite connections. o That the P~ermittee shall be responsible for providing the City with proof that the transporter of the Structure is licensed to operate in the State of Minnesota and all necessary permits have been~ obtained. That the t~mporary sewer and water connections shall be removed and the property shall be restored tO its original condition prior to the fire. That the Permittee shall provide the City of Ramsey with a financial guarantee in the form of cash o~: a letter of credit, approved as to form by the City, in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars and no cents ($500.00) for the purpose of guaranteeing compliance with the terms bf this Permit and timely removal of the Temporary Structure. Upon verification that the Temporary Structure has been removed from the Subject Property, ithe financial guarantee shall be returned to the Permittee. In the event the Permittee !fails to comply, the City may complete perform any remedial action necessary with City flay labor and/or by letting contracts for said remedial action and draw upon the escrow fop payment. The Permittee hereby grants permission and a license to the City and/or its icontractors and assigns to enter upon Me Subject Property for the purpose of performin, remedial action in the event of the Permittee's default.
