Buyer herein accepts the <br />subject property subject to said easements. <br /> <br />Sellers hereby represent that they are negotiating with the City <br />of Anoka over the purchase by the City of Anoka of an easement <br />over the subject prbperty and have granted a Right of Entry <br />Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". <br />Buyer agrees to accept the subject property subject to an <br />easement in favor o~ the City of Anoka over, under and across the <br />subject property an~ the proceeds paid for said easement shall go <br />to Sellers. <br /> <br />CLOSING: ~ <br />The closing shall occur on or before the earlier of the following <br />dates: <br /> <br />Seven day~ after Sellers grant an easement to the City <br />of Anoka; or <br /> <br />Fifteen days after the Sellers deliver a written notice <br />of closinu to Buyer. <br /> <br />A]3STRACT OF TITLE: <br />Sellers shall not be obligated to provide Buyer with an Abstract <br />to the subject property. Sellers shall provide Buyer with an <br />updated Abstract of~Title which shall be returned to Sellers at <br />closing.
