COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING Case #1: Introduce Proposed Ordinance Vacating Drainage and Utility Easements that were Dedicated with Ramsey 67 Industrial Park 2nd Addition I I I I City Administrator Schroeder commented that the City is completing the platting of the Business Park 95 Addition. This subdivision is comprised of the recently purchased industrial prCperty that was a part of the Ramsey 67 Industrial Park 2nd Addition. He explained that with the original platting of this property, the City acquired the traditional 10- foot wide drhinage and utility easements. These easements will now run through the interior of the newly created lots with the Business Park 95 Addition. The City will be rededicating fl~e 10-foot easements around each of the newly created lots. Mayor Hardi~ closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:29 p.m. in order to conduct thepublic hearing. Public Hearine Mayor Hardin called the pufflic hearing to order at 7:29 p.m. Citizen Input None Motion by C0uncilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to close the public hearing.
