This subdivision is comprised of the recently purchased <br />industrial prCperty that was a part of the Ramsey 67 Industrial Park 2nd Addition. He <br />explained that with the original platting of this property, the City acquired the traditional 10- <br />foot wide drhinage and utility easements. These easements will now run through the <br />interior of the newly created lots with the Business Park 95 Addition.
