Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen <br />and Petersoni Voting No: None. <br /> <br />NEW BUS;INESS <br /> <br />Case #4: Schedule Date for Charter Amendment Election <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that the petitioned-for Charter amendment Special <br />Election must be held on or before August 21. There has been money budgeted for election <br />costs, however, there is not a sufficient amount budgeted in this non-election year to cover <br />the total cost.' <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson inquired of the cost to which Mr. Schroeder responded "in the <br />neighborhood of $3,000 to $4,000". <br /> <br />Motion by COuncilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution//95-06-129 scheduling the date for the Special Charter Amendment Election for <br />August 15, 1~}95. <br /> <br /> ~ City Council/June 27, 1995 ~ <br /> Page 7 of 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
