Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: Public Hearing for Improvement Project #95-18; The <br /> Construction of Sanitary Sewer and Watermain to River/47 <br /> Plaza Addition <br /> <br />Mayor Hardit closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:09 p.m. in order <br />to conduct thel '>ublic hearing. <br /> <br />Public H~a~ing <br />Presentation <br />City Enginee~ Jankowski stated that the proposal for the extension of sewer and water to <br />River/47 PlaZ:.a Addition only involves assessment to the developers. He advised that the <br />total estimate~l cost is $84,100, however the City will receive assessments for the project in <br />excess of the ~roject cost because of trunk assessments for sewer and water. <br />Citizen InpUt <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Motion by COuncilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close <br />the public hea~ng. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
