I I ! I i I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g95-09-... RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO H & M ASPHALT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g95-15 (CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, ~STORM SEWER AND STREETS TO SERVICE FOX KNOLL) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 27, 1995; and WHERE/~.S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to H & M Asphalt; for the construction of sanitary sewer and watermain, storm sewer and streets to service Fox Knoll (Improvement Project g95-15); and WHEREA~S, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected and recommends partial payment to H & M Asphalt in the amount of $64,436.12. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to H & M Asphalt for the construction of sanitary sewer and watermain, storm sewer and streets to service Fox Knoll (ImproveMent Project g95-15) in the amount of $64,436.12. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administraior to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bi/is for the mofith of September, 1995. 4) That the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for theiadoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ~ ~ and upon ~ote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following Voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following Were absent: whereupon said re~olution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of Selbtember, 1995.
